TESTIMONIAL FOR HEALTHY HEARING CENTRE in DUNDAS For three years I have been wearing plug molds in the ear and found them most unsatisfactory. My voice sounded as if I were talking from the depths of a well and after a little while of wearing them my face and jaw would ache. At that time my complaints and questions were addressed competently and a requisition for new aids was readied for my doctor to sign. Two weeks ago I put the Oticon Vigo Pro Connect devices in my ears - WOW ! Finally - - I could hear from all directions (even from behind) - my own voice sounded normal in my head - after several hours of wearing them I didn’t even know I had them in - my family were thankful they no longer had to speak loudly A week ago I had my first follow up appointment where I was able to ask more questions and learn more about using these aids. Another follow up appointment is scheduled for the future. Trish, the receptionist, has phoned a couple of times to make sure things are working correctly, and Lianne, the hearing specialist, has worked patiently and at length, to help me adjust quickly.
